Job description
Lead technical engagements as a Customer-Facing Application Engineer, specializing in silicon photonics. Drive customer design wins and ensure technical integration across major applications in AI and data centers. This pivotal role combines hands-on engineering with strategic customer interactions, positioning you as an expert in high-speed optical interconnections. You'll translate customer requirements into actionable technical insights, collaborating directly with internal teams to influence architecture, roadmaps, and product features. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business successes. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a key technical authority for customer projects • Align technology solutions with customer development roadmaps • Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations and presentations • Generate high-quality technical documentation and training content • Collaborate with stakeholders on system integration and debug activities Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in application or system engineering • Deep knowledge in optical communications and SerDes technologies • Proven success in customer-driven technical environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Advanced degree in a relevant engineering field preferred Leverage your expertise to shape the future of optical technology in high-demand customer environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
