Forte Workplace Law is looking for Labour and/or Employment lawyers with 3+ years of experience for our growing workplace law firm. Our ideal candidate has experience in labour, employment, workplace investigations, and/or human rights law.
As a firm, we advise workers, employers and unions. We do advisory work and represent clients in workplace-related civil claims, and in matters before the Employment Standards Branch, Human Rights Tribunal, WorkSafe BC and labour arbitrations/Labour Board matters. We also conduct mediations and workplace investigations and provide respectful workplace and other training.

Assuming full time work, our salary range is $120,000 to $200,000, which can be prorated for part time, plus bonus eligibility.
