What ties it all together are the friendly faces you’ll find along the way, the thoughtful amenities, and the delightful details that make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.**This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time role.****ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Provide support, training and coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional Food & Beverage experience* Actively participating in the daily Food & Beverage operation including coordination of scheduling, recognition and performance management duties – all with best office view you could ask for!* Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager* Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions. Preparation and verification of daily cash reports* Act as the direct line of support in handling any service-related issues, actively listening to guest concerns/issues and finding effective resolution. Escalating as required* Ensure the restaurant area is clean and always organized* Other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS*** At least one year of Food & Beverage supervisory experience* Detail oriented, strong communication and leadership skills* Experience with high volume and demonstrated professionalism under pressure* Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment at a high altitude. Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail)* Proven track record of “safety first” practices an asset* Previous experience with POS, Microsoft Office, cash handling/cash outs* Secondary language skills an asset* To honor our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record checkThe starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
