Nous recherchons un Lead technique IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) pour rejoindre notre équipe de conseillers du bureau de Montréal dans le cadre d'un poste permanent. Ce poste est en mode hybride. Agissant à titre de conseiller / consultant de Chrome Technologies, le candidat interviendra auprès de nos clients dans la réalisation des projets qu'ils nous ont confiés.

Responsabilités

  • Définir l'architecture des solutions IDP et les meilleures pratiques de développement.
  • Agir comme expert technique de référence pour les solutions UiPath et IDP.
  • Concevoir des architectures robustes, sécuritaires, évolutives et performantes.
  • Encadrer techniquement les configurateurs et développeurs IDP.
  • Participer aux analyses d'impact et aux choix technologiques.
  • Assurer l'intégration des solutions IDP avec les systèmes d'entreprise.
  • Définir les standards de développement, de sécurité et d'exploitation.
  • Superviser les stratégies de déploiement, monitoring et support.
  • Participer à la résolution des incidents complexes et problèmes de performance.
  • Collaborer avec les architectes d'entreprise, équipes TI et partenaires d'affaires.
  • Réaliser une veille technologique sur les solutions IA, IDP et automatisation intelligente.
  • Contribuer à l'évolution de la pratique d'automatisation intelligente et des capacités IA de l'organisation.

Compétences techniques requises

  • Solide expérience avec la plateforme UiPath : UiPath Document Understanding, UiPath IXP, UiPath AI Center, UiPath Studio et Orchestrator, ainsi que Frameworks d'automatisation avancés.
  • Forte expertise en architecture applicative et intégration de solutions.
  • Expérience en conception de solutions IDP à grande échelle.
  • Très bonne compréhension des concepts IA, OCR, NLP et machine learning appliqués au traitement documentaire.
  • Expérience avec les architectures API, microservices et infonuagiques.
  • Connaissance des pratiques DevSecOps et CI/CD.
  • Expérience en gouvernance technologique et standards d'architecture.
  • Leadership technique et capacité de coaching.
  • Excellente capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes complexes.

Atouts

  • Certification UiPath Advanced Developer ou Solution Architect.
  • Expérience dans un centre d'expertise en automatisation intelligente.
  • Expérience dans des environnements à haute volumétrie documentaire.
  • Connaissance des plateformes cloud Azure ou AWS.
  • Expérience en orchestration de processus intelligents (IPA).
