  • Identify supply risks, communicate potential disruptions, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Adjust plans proactively to address inconsistencies or market fluctuations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inform purchasing and reduce costs.
  • Work with IT to adopt and optimize planning tools and technologies.
  • Safeguard data integrity and leverage technology for timely, informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, ideally within retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Experience in procurement and vendor management.
  • Advanced analytical and statistical capabilities, with proficiency in ERP and planning systems.
  • Skilled in data reporting and visualization (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
