The Role

Reporting to the Director of Sales Leadership, you'll drive business growth through new client acquisition and retention. You'll leverage your connections and our expertise and resources to develop a profitable portfolio and provide clients with exceptional insurance access and counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of business focusing on profitable growth and professional standards.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects and opportunities.
• Provide expert advice and present tailored insurance solutions to clients.
• Implement sales strategies and engage with potential clients through various channels.
• Build and maintain your brand with our extensive marketing support.
  
  

We’re Looking For

• RIBO licensed professionals with a minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Individuals with excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Team players who value collaboration and can effectively work with colleagues and insurers.
• Motivated self-starters with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• CAIB, post-secondary education, or other industry-related designations are advantageous.
