Job description
Oversee health, safety, and environmental programs as a skilled HSE Manager. Drive compliance initiatives, lead training, and manage incident responses in a manufacturing context. In this Health, Safety & Environment Manager role, you will manage all facets of safety, security, and environmental oversight for the organization. With at least 5 years of relevant experience, your expertise will guide compliance with OHSA and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety through effective policies and training programs. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure site compliance with safety and environmental standards • Lead incident investigations and provide analysis • Conduct training for effective safety management • Oversee environmental compliance activities • Collaborate with site leadership to build safety culture Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or applicable field • 5+ years of industrial experience necessary • 3+ years in Health, Safety & Environment roles • Deep knowledge of OHSA and regulatory requirements • Proven communication and leadership skills Make a significant contribution to health and safety initiatives that protect personnel and the environment while ensuring organizational compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
