Job description
407 ETR in Woodbridge seeks a Director for Loyalty & Marketing Strategy to spearhead customer engagement and promotions. Utilize your strategic, data-driven expertise to guide customer lifecycle marketing initiatives. As a leader, you will be accountable for driving growth through innovative promotions and loyalty programs. This role encompasses designing customer journeys that leverage behavioral insights and rigorous analytics. You will foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring alignment across marketing initiatives to achieve sustainable customer value. Key Responsibilities: • Direct integrated strategies for promotions and loyalty programs • Design personalized customer journeys based on insights • Manage test-and-learn agendas for continual initiative improvement • Enhance engagement through cohesive loyalty initiatives • Identify opportunities for growth in digital marketing channels Requirements: • At least 10 years in leadership roles within data-driven marketing • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business; MBA preferred • Proven experience with CRM, especially Salesforce • Track record of successful customer growth strategies • Experience in leading diverse teams Elevate customer loyalty and engagement at 407 ETR through strategic marketing leadership! #J-18808-Ljbffr
