ryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the banking and financial services industry to lead strategic technology and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirement
s.Key Responsibiliti
• esLead end-to-end project management for banking technology and business initiative
• s.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plan
• s.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboard
• s.Coordinate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Technology teams, QA, Infrastructure, Vendors, and Business Stakeholder
• s.Manage project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive presentation
• s.Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategie
• s.Ensure alignment with SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologie
• s.Manage project financials, forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation
• s.Facilitate requirement gathering, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and production readines
• s.Coordinate UAT, release management, implementation planning, and post-production suppor
• t.Ensure compliance with banking regulatory, security, audit, and risk management standard
• s.Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations across all organizational level
• s.Lead change management activities and support organizational adoptio
