Deliverables
The successful candidate must deliver the following in order to successfully complete the engagement:
• Facilitation of workshops and information gathering sessions including the creation of supporting materials such as presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, etc;
• Documentation of as is and to be business processes and standard operating procedures using such tools as business process modelling notation (BPMN)
• Documentation of functional and non-functional business requirements, gap analysis, and user stories/use cases as it relates to new or changing program needs
• Translate business requirements into User Stories and manage them using Jira (or similar tool).
• Documentation to support training activities including reference guides and tools
• Document operational framework to support operational program delivery.
• Facilitating iterative development, manage changing requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Create and manage user stories, epics, and tasks, ensuring clear and traceable requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Grooming backlogs using Jira to prioritize features based on business value, stakeholder input, and technical feasibility.
