Role Overview & Mindset
As a Junior Consultant, you are the bridge between technical capability and business reality. You are naturally curious, honest, and thrive in customer-facing environments. You have an analytical mind but an approachable, communicative personality—you enjoy talking to clients, mapping their realities, and guiding them through change with patience and simplified communication.
We are specifically looking for a self-starter who doesn't just execute tasks but actively strives to leave a lasting positive impact on projects. You must be deeply curious, focused on understanding the "why" behind a business process rather than just the "what." Success in this role requires a high degree of coachability—we value individuals who embrace critical feedback, lean into self-improvement, and actively collaborate as an engaged team player.
