We are a warm, engaged family of 5 seeking an exceptional, experienced nanny to care for our 1-year-old daughter in a loving home environment. This is a unique and meaningful role for someone who is passionate about child development and thrives in a collaborative, hands-on caregiving setting. Our daughter has a medical condition and requires some extra support in meeting her developmental milestones. She is a joyful, social, and deeply loved child, and we are looking for someone who will become an integral part of her support team. We are looking for someone to work closely with us (and alongside therapists) to help implement daily activities that support our daughter’s development across motor, communication, and cognitive domains. The role will include: Providing attentive, nurturing, and developmentally supportive care Incorporating OT, physiotherapy, and speech-language exercises into daily routines Supporting feeding, naps, and structured play Creating a calm, engaging, and responsive environment Observing and sharing developmental progress and insights Accompanying to occasional therapy appointments (if needed) The ideal candidate is: Experienced with infants and/or children with developmental delays or medical needs Comfortable (or eager to learn) implementing therapy-based exercises in daily care Patient, attentive, and highly attuned to a child’s cues Proactive, organized, and collaborative A strong communicator who values partnership with parents Bonus (but not required): Background in early childhood education (ECE would be great), OT/PT/SLP, nursing, or special needs care CPR/First Aid certification Looking for a September start, ideally.
