Valuing quality above all else Tori Doris chefs take pride in their technique presentation and attention to detail using only the best ingredients DescriptionUnder the direction of the General Manager we are looking for a Bartender who will be accountable for creating memorable guests experiences bringing energy and personality to every interaction and crafting delicious classic and signature you will be doing:creating a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service;providing guest with food & beverage suggestions while taking in consideration preferences allergies and dietary restrictions;promptly receive drink order chits and prepare beverages;communicating beverage descriptions special and information to guests and team members;stocking and maintaining all bar products including mise en place;checking and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels;counting and taking inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist manager with inventory ordering;other assigned dutiesThe person we are looking for has:a valid Smart Serve CertificationSake & Japanese whiskey knowledge is a strong assetstrong classic cocktail knowledgethe ability to work effectively alonepassion for food beverage and providing excellent customer servicestrong communication skillsthe ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbsWhats in it for youComprehensive extended Health & Dental benefitsIntegrated learning environment with room to growWorking with like-minded passionate peersLife insuranceEmployee assistance program50% dining discount at Freehand locationsRRSP MatchingA member of The Armour Group Freehand Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
