Job description
Join WoodGreen as an onsite Personal Support Worker in Toronto, where you will provide vital care to seniors. This part-time role emphasizes dignity, comfort, and client engagement.

We are hiring for two part-time Personal Support Workers to operate from 840 Coxwell Ave, Toronto. The ideal candidates will possess a Personal Support Worker Certificate and experience in assisting seniors and adults with disabilities. You'll facilitate Activities of Daily Living effectively while contributing to a supportive environment for clients in our community care unit.

Key Responsibilities: • Implement culturally competent personal care for clients • Maintain hygiene and safety in program settings • Monitor ADLs while ensuring dignity and comfort • Communicate effectively with clients and teams • Complete detailed documentation of client interactions

Requirements: • Personal Support Worker Certificate and NACC Certificate preferred • One year experience in personal care settings • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Knowledge of food safety handling practices • Flexibility in addressing client needs and behaviors
