Step into the role of Director, Infrastructure Excellence at TailorCare, where you will oversee the strategic direction for SRE and operational governance with a focus on hands-on technical leadership. Your position will encompass managing the Infrastructure & SRE scorecard and engaging directly with executive leaders on performance metrics. Initially, intensive hands-on work with Terraform and leading incident management will pave the way for team growth and governance impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and compliance continuously.
