Job description
Step into a full-time Pharmacy Assistant role at Shoppers Drug Mart. Engage with clients by answering calls, processing prescriptions, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Assistant with a focus on customer service and teamwork. Responsibilities include triaging phone calls, processing medication refills using Kroll, and coordinating prescription transfers. All necessary training will be provided, making this an excellent fit for those looking to grow in the pharmacy field.

Key Responsibilities: • Answer and triage phone calls to assist clients • Process medication refills using pharmacy software (Kroll) • Perform outbound calls for client clarifications • Sort and file pharmacy documentation accurately • Coordinate prescription transfers with other pharmacies

Requirements: • No pharmacy experience required • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently and take initiative • High attention to detail and organizational skills • Passion for providing quality client service
