Job description
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals community organizations and key stakeholders to identify and advance partnership opportunities aligned with organizational and health system priorities.
  • Support the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives (e.g. Hospital-to-Home programs integrated care pathways) in collaboration with operational teams corporate functions and external partners.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure initiatives remain aligned risks and barriers are identified and drive progress towards overall objectives.
  • Support governance structures and stakeholder engagement activities by coordinating collaborative forums and ensuring timely follow-through on decisions.
  • Identify risks barriers and opportunities leveraging data and stakeholder insights to support resolution escalation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop proposals and business cases that advance organizational and health system priorities.

Qualifications :

  • A degree in Health Administration Health Sciences or a clinical health-related discipline
  • Masters degree in Business Health Administration or a related field is considered an asset
  • Ten (10) years of recent related experience in progressively responsible leadership positions within healthcare environments
  • Designation as a Regulated Health Professional and membership in good standing with the relevant professional college or association is considered an asset
  • Canadian Health Executive (CHE) certification is considered an asset
  • Strong leadership experience working across healthcare systems including hospitals community and integrated care models
  • Demonstrated success supporting partnership growth strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
  • Strong knowledge of Ontarios health system design funding models and an understanding of priority issues facing local/regional health systems
