Job description
Drive successful training transformations with Infosys as a Senior Learning Consultant. Focus on optimizing strategies and measuring the impact of learning initiatives across business units.

This senior role requires strong collaboration with the OCM Team, Trainers, and IT experts to enhance training strategies and curricula. You’ll conduct training needs analysis and update materials based on feedback. Your commitment to assessing training efficacy will greatly influence organization-wide training success.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed training needs analysis across various roles • Develop comprehensive training strategies and curriculum • Facilitate effective train-the-trainer sessions • Update training materials based on participant feedback • Evaluate training effectiveness through diverse assessment methods

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent • Minimum 5 years of experience in training roles • Ready to relocate within 2 hours of Toronto or Calgary • Knowledgeable in instructional design and adult learning principles • Strong consulting and client-facing abilities
