Job description
Elevate your career as a Senior Architectural Technologist with a focus on high-quality project execution. Ideal for candidates with 10+ years of experience in construction detailing and technical project support.

We seek a Senior Architectural Technologist or Junior Architect to lead planning, design, and construction phases across various sectors. Candidates should possess proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, alongside a strong understanding of building codes and construction methods. You will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and consultants to ensure project compliance and quality throughout every phase.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents • Develop detailed plans, elevations, and specifications • Coordinate effectively with multiple consultants • Conduct site reviews and construction inspections • Assist in project scheduling and overall coordination

Requirements: • Diploma in Architectural Technology or Degree in Architecture • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience in modular or commercial construction is a plus
