Additionally, you’ll deliver ongoing training to the broader Kensington sales team to drive continuous improvement and success.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist team members with other learning and development duties, including LMS content management, scheduling, company-wide projects, professional development workshops, and technology training.

  • Provide ad hoc support

  • Serve as a company expert, embodying and championing Kensington's values, standards, and best practices.

You’ll Know It’s The Opportunity For You If:

  • You get excited by the prospect of helping others thrive and watching them grow – you want to have a direct impact on people’s success.

  • You have exceptional written and facilitation skills.

  • You are an expert at using TMT and are confident in teaching others how to use it.

  • You have regularly met or exceeded your KPIs in your current role.

  • You are skilled at assessing the performance of others and providing constructive, actionable feedback.

  • You have a high degree of personal accountability and excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • You are energetic, patient, and calm, with a knack for engaging diverse learners.

  • You can be in-office for one week per month for in-person training.

What You’ll Get In Return:

  • A competitive salary and bonus eligibility.

  • Exposure to almost every department within the organization and a chance to demonstrate your skills and abilities.

  • Eligibility for the Navigatr FAM program.

  • A strong emphasis on work/life balance.
