Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Conseiller Lean Six Sigma (Ceinture noire) expérimenté, capable de contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue de la performance dans un contexte de transformation numérique et de déploiement agile, au sein d'une organisation publique dynamique.
Accompagner les équipes dans l’application des principes Lean Six Sigma et dans la mise en œuvre de stratégies de gestion du changement.
Réaliser des projets d’optimisation en respectant la méthodologie Lean Six Sigma, en particulier dans un contexte public.
Animer des ateliers de type Kaizen pour mobiliser les parties prenantes autour d’initiatives d’amélioration.
Encadrer et superviser une ressource dans le cadre de l’obtention d’une certification ceinture verte ou noire.
Assurer l’alignement entre les approches Lean Six Sigma et agiles dans les projets d’amélioration continue.
Contribuer activement à des mandats liés à la transformation numérique.
Certification Lean Six Sigma Ceinture noire obligatoire
8 ans d’expérience en amélioration continue de la performance, dont 3 ans dans une organisation publique.
Réalisation, dans les 5 dernières années, d’au moins 3 projets Lean Six Sigma dans le secteur public, avec accompagnement d’équipes et mise en œuvre de stratégies de changement.
Animation d’au moins 2 ateliers Kaizen Lean Six Sigma dans une organisation publique au cours des 5 dernières années.
Supervision d’au moins 1 ressource en voie d’obtenir une certification ceinture verte ou noire, avec co-animation d’ateliers.
Certification en agilité exigée (Scrum, SAFe ou équivalent), pour assurer la cohérence avec le mode de développement agile.
Réalisation d’au moins 1 mandat en amélioration continue lié à une transformation numérique dans les 5 dernières années.
