Job description
Espace Finances (auparavant connu sous le nom d’ACEF Rive-Sud de Québec) est un organisme sans but lucratif spécialisé en services financiers. Il se distingue par son approche humaine et personnalisée, son expertise en gestion financière, ainsi que son accompagnement axé sur la neutralité, l’éducation et la responsabilisation. Sa mission : aider les gens à atteindre leurs objectifs financiers à long terme tout en défendant les principes de justice sociale et de consommation responsable.
Faites une réelle différence dans la vie des gens!Espace Finances recherche un.e Conseiller.ère budgétaire pour accompagner des personnes dans la reprise en main de leur situation financière. Un rôle central, à la croisée de l’intervention et de l’éducation financière, au cœur d’une équipe engagée.

Votre mandat :

    • Contribuer directement au mieux-être des personnes en les accompagnant dans leurs défis financiers et en leur offrant les outils pour développer leur autonomie financière.

      • Vous interviendrez auprès de deux types de clientèles :
    • Des personnes en situation d’endettement, que vous accompagnerez dans l’analyse de leur situation et la mise en place de solutions de redressement financier durables;
    • Des personnes en bonne santé financière, que vous soutiendrez dans une approche de coaching financier pour les motiver à planifier et réaliser leurs projets personnels (retraite, voyage, retour aux études, achat d’une maison, etc.).

      • Vos principales responsabilités :
    • Réaliser des consultations budgétaires personnalisées selon le profil de la clientèle;
    • Animer des formations et des ateliers (en présentiel et en virtuel);
    • Créer et préparer des contenus éducatifs en finances;
    • Participer à la diffusion de contenu sur différents canaux (atelier, site web, réseaux sociaux, infolettres).

Profil recherché :

    • Diplôme d’études universitaires en finances ou domaine connexe;
    • Connaissance des produits financiers (épargne, crédit, etc.);
    • Intérêt marqué pour la relation d’aide et l’éducation;
    • Autonomie, rigueur et bonne organisation;
    • Confort avec les outils technologiques;
    • Permis de conduire valide (pour déplacements régionaux occasionnels).
