Role Summary
The Tactical Communication Manager serves as the first operational point of contact for time-sensitive cyber incidents involving threat actor communications. This role is responsible for rapid intake, client-facing coordination, and internal activation during high-pressure cyber events.
Operating at the intersection of crisis response, client communications, and internal coordination, the Tactical Communication Manager ensures swift escalation, accurate information flow, and disciplined execution during critical incidents.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, client-credible, and able to think quickly in dynamic, time-sensitive situations.
