About PEAK

A leader in independent financial advice in Canada, PEAK Financial Group has been helping Canadians manage their wealth for over 30 years. With $16 billion in assets under administration and a network of 1,500 professionals across the country, we place independence, innovation and integrity at the heart of our mission: improving people’s lives through smarter use of their money.

Your role : Deliver a standout onboarding experience from day one

We believe that a well-supported advisor is an engaged, successful and loyal partner.
As a Practices Transition Specialist, you will play a central role in onboarding new financial advisors to the PEAK network — supporting them through the transition of their practice, while also providing high-quality support to our existing and departing advisors.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has a strong client-service mindset, and enjoys being a “conductor” in complex, cross-functional processes.

Key Responsibilities : Support – Connect – Coordinate

  • Guide new advisors through every step of their integration (documents, asset transfers, system access, onboarding, training).

  • Serve as their go-to contact throughout the transition period.

  • Work closely with internal teams (Business Development, Operations, Compliance, Finance, etc.).

  • Ensure a smooth transfer of client assets with minimal interruptions.

  • Provide responsive support to active advisors for updates, system access, commissions, CRM info, etc.

  • Professionally manage advisor departures (access removal, client transfers, internal coordination, and follow-up).

PEAK environment

  • Agile team structure with daily stand-up meetings.

  • Close collaboration with other Integration Specialists and the Business Development team.

  • Autonomy in managing your own files, with guidance and shadowing as needed.

  • A flexible, evolving work environment that values improvement and initiative.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in brokerage or mutual fund environments.

  • Solid experience in B2B customer service, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases in parallel.

  • Bilingual – fluent in English and French, spoken and written.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools (Hubspot knowledge is a plus).

  • Strong organization, critical thinking, adaptability and proactivity.

  • University degree (ideally in business or a related field) is a plus.

Why join PEAK?

  • A supportive, human-centered team culture built on collaboration and excellence.

  • A key, high-impact role in the advisor experience lifecycle.

  • Integration tailored to your pace: some become fully autonomous within 4 months, others in a year — we adapt to you.

  • Regular interactions with department leaders to give you a 360° understanding of the organization.

  • Special projects that allow you to grow and enrich your role over time.

What We Offer

  • Hybrid work model: 3 days at the office and 2 days remote per week

  • Modern offices with scenic views in downtown Montreal, easily accessible by public transit

  • 3 weeks vacation and 5 paid sick days annually

  • After probation: comprehensive group insurance (health, dental, health spending account, EAP, telemedicine), 50% covered by PEAK

  • Employer-matched RRSP program after probation

  • 20% employer contribution to OPUS public transit card (equivalent to 2 free months per year)

  • Involvement in social causes including cancer research and community initiatives

  • Frequent events led by our social committee focused on wellbeing, community and connection

  • Professional development encouraged through training and internal growth opportunities

We thank all applicants for their interest. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
