Job description
Elevate your career with Sephora as an Operations Consultant in Vaughan, ON. This position blends client service, stockroom organization, and active merchandising responsibilities in a bustling retail setting.

As an Operations Consultant, you will serve as a key partner to the Operations Supervisor, ensuring a well-organized stockroom and effective client support. Your expertise in training colleagues on Point-of-Sale systems will enhance the overall customer experience. The role requires attention to detail and proactive communication with management about inventory and merchandising best practices.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in training other staff on POS systems • Maintain stockroom organization per company standards • Ensure cleanliness in cashier zones • Manage shipment receipt processing • Participate in inventory control and compliance

Requirements: • 1-2 years in retail or a client service role • Good computer and communication skills • Must be able to lift 50 pounds • Availability for evening and weekend shifts • High School graduate or equivalent
