Job Summar
yWe are seeking a Data Migration Lead (Salesforce) to lead end-to-end data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and migration into Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce Administration experience, expertise in SOQL, and experience working with large-scale data migration projects
.Key Responsibilitie
• sLead Salesforce data migration planning, execution, validation, and reconciliation
• .Analyze source and target data models and define migration strategies
• .Write complex SOQL queries for data extraction and validation
• .Perform data cleansing, transformation, and quality assurance activities
• .Collaborate with business, technical, and data stakeholders
• .Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle
• .Create and maintain migration documentation and reports
.Required Skill
• s3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• .Strong proficiency in SOQL and Salesforce data model
• .Experience with Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL/data migration tools
• .Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• .Ability to work independently in a multi-stakeholder environment
.Preferred Qualification
• sSalesforce Administrator Certification
• .Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud
• .Healthcare/pharmaceutical data migration experience
• .Knowledge of PIPEDA/PHIPA data privacy regulations
• .Exposure to Dataproc, Apache Spark, or other big data tools
