Customer First – We approach every challenge with a customer-focused lens, driven by an obsession with our customers’ happiness and success.

Adaptability – We recognize that sustained success demands that we be malleable and purposefully evolve, acknowledging that the world is dynamic and constantly changing.

About the Role

We’re seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team during a time of meaningful growth and transformation. This is not your typical CFO role. We’re looking for someone with strategic courage, analytical sharpness, and a deep understanding of the financial mechanics behind merchant processing, interchange economics, and scaling SaaS businesses.

You’ll be a critical partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping shape our long-term financial vision while rolling up your sleeves to ensure operational excellence day-to-day. You’ll lead a passionate Finance team and play a pivotal role in guiding key business decisions, capital planning, and performance forecasting.

While deep technical knowledge of payment technology is not required, a clear fluency in the economics of merchant processing, fraud mitigation, and PayFac models is essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive company-wide financial strategy, enabling growth while protecting our mission and values. Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on strategic planning, scenario modeling, and board-level engagement.
  • Merchant Processing Expertise: Own our understanding of interchange fees, risk exposure, fraud mitigation, and cost optimization as they relate to payment processing—a key lever in our business.
  • Team Management: Lead and grow a high-performing Finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure clarity, alignment, and rigor across the organization.
  • Investor Relations: Collaborate with investors, support capital raises, and represent WellnessLiving in fundraising conversations and board meetings.
  • M&A and Growth Support: Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions and support business expansion with thoughtful financial frameworks.
  • Compliance and Controls: Ensure financial controls are strong, systems are efficient, and risks are well-managed in a scaling SaaS environment.

Who You Are

  • A hands-on leader with 10+ years of experience in finance, ideally in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Deeply fluent in merchant processing, interchange dynamics, and related revenue models.
  • Experienced in forecasting, financial modeling, and risk management.
  • Comfortable engaging with investors, supporting fundraising efforts, and presenting to a board.
  • Proven track record of building and mentoring strong teams.
  • A collaborator at heart—someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and loves solving problems that matter.
  • You bring high integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to make a difference.

Why Join WellnessLiving?

  • Mission-Driven Work: Help empower wellness entrepreneurs around the world.
  • Leadership Opportunity: Shape the financial future of a rapidly scaling company.
  • Company with Heart: Join a team that values empathy, customer impact, and doing the right thing.
  • Real Ownership: Have a seat at the table, voice your ideas, and lead strategic change.

If you're a finance leader ready to make a meaningful impact—and excited to join a team that truly cares—we’d love to meet you. Apply today and help us build the future of wellness together.

Please note that those who meet the qualifications for the position will be contacted directly. We appreciate you taking the time and look forward to reviewing your application.
