We are currently recruiting for a Casual Customer Service Specialist to join our team and work in our Moosehead Cold Beer Store in Dartmouth Nova Scotia. We are seeking candidates with flexible availability to work weekend mornings or evenings (until midnight) and occasional weekday evening shifts; approximately 8 weeks.
Customer Service Specialists are responsible for educating our customers about beer and our products serving customers in our retail store and drive thru and selling Moosehead merchandise. Employees will receive extensive training on beer styles the brewing process and Mooseheads history upon hire. Customer Service Specialists ensure our customers have a positive experience while visiting our one-of-a-kind Cold Beer Store Drive-Thru and retail store.
We are looking for a dynamic employee who can adapt to any situation and is highly responsive to our consumers needs.
