Job description
Become the Director of Program Delivery at RBC, leading transformative AI initiatives as part of a $1 billion strategy. Drive large-scale programs across diverse applications like fraud detection and pricing optimization. This pivotal leadership role is about shaping the AI landscape at RBC. You will set the bar for program delivery excellence by developing frameworks and driving innovation. Your skills in technical leadership and stakeholder collaboration will propel AI initiatives to new heights. Key Responsibilities: • Lead strategic AI program execution to meet business goals • Develop actionable plans and governance for program oversight • Cultivate a culture of ownership within the delivery teams • Create best practices for program management and delivery operations • Partner with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance Requirements: • 12+ years in technology delivery with a strong technical foundation • 7+ years in high-level program management roles • Deep knowledge of AI and ML solution delivery • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities • Proven capability in managing large-scale programs Drive organizational excellence in AI solutions and maximize delivery effectiveness at RBC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
