Afin de soutenir efficacement le département, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) technicien(ne) comptable.
Tu es du genre à aimer quand les chiffres balancent, que tout est à sa place et que rien ne t’échappe ? Tu as l’esprit analytique, un grand souci du détail et un plaisir discret à voir les choses bien faites ?
Ici, ton rôle ne passera pas inaperçu : ta rigueur et ton sens de l’analyse contribueront directement au bon roulement des opérations au quotidiennes.

Ce qui t’attend dans ce poste
Tâches administratives
- Numériser, classer et archiver les documents (papier et électronique)
Comptabilité courante
- Saisie des écritures comptables quotidiennes
- Effectuer les dépôts bancaires et paiements électroniques
- Conciliation bancaire pour plusieurs entités
- Gestion des comptes fournisseurs
- Préparer les remises gouvernementales (TPS, TVQ, taxes d’hébergement)
- Vérification des factures tierces (ex. Booking)
Soutien aux états financiers
- Compiler les documents requis pour la fin de mois
- Vérifier et classer les pièces justificatives
- Effectuer le suivi du fonds de roulement et des liquidités à court terme
Paie et remises gouvernementales
- Vérification des feuilles de temps
- Traitement de la paie (20-25 employés)
- Préparation des relevés d’emploi (RE)
Soutien interne
- Participer à l’amélioration des processus administratifs
- Soutenir la direction dans la préparation de divers documents
