Who you are
:
- You have a degree or diploma in business administration, marketing or related field.
- You have 4–6 years of experience in marketing or related experience.
- You may have experience working with (or at) an advertising agency or media agency.
- You may have knowledge of digital media, media performance metrics, and the traditional media landscape.
- You can inspire and motivate internal and external partners to maximize impact.
- You have strategic thinking, problem-solving, time-management, and cross-functional consensus-building skills.
- You have strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills.
- You have strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- You can work independently and with a team.
- You can cater communications to a wide variety of audiences (franchisees, executive team, etc.).
- You can manage complex lists of deliverables.
- You have strong relationship-building skills.
- You have a passion for advertising, media, and the hospitality industry.
