Job description
Help maintain roads with The Miller Group as a Roadway Maintenance Labourer. This role demands hands-on skills in equipment operation and a commitment to safety in highway repair tasks.

As part of a focused team, your responsibility will be the upkeep of highway networks. Duties include conducting repairs, removing debris, and supporting traffic control during critical situations. A proactive safety mindset and the ability to document daily operations are essential for success in this position. You'll work on-site and be integral to maintaining safe travel for our community.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct various highway maintenance repairs • Operate machinery such as backhoes and lawn tractors • Document daily work and inspections accurately • Respond to calls for traffic control assistance • Follow safety guidelines and report issues promptly

Requirements: • G license with a clean driving record • Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently • Willingness to travel and be available for calls • DZ/AZ license is beneficial • Prior experience in construction is an asset
