Our consumer business client is seeking a Managing Project Manager (10+ years) to lead AI delivery initiatives across business and engineering teams
Join a contract engagement focused on driving structured execution of AI projects within a consumer business environment. This role oversees scoping, prioritization, and delivery of high-value AI use cases while ensuring alignment between operation and engineering groups. The position offers ownership over intake processes, risk management, and consistent progress tracking across strategic initiatives.
Must Haves
- Proven background in project management leading AI delivery or data-driven initiatives
- Ability to define scope, acceptance criteria, and manage execution across multiple workstreams
- Experience engaging with supply chain or operations teams to shape business solutions
- Capability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, actionable steps and deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting AI or analytics programs within enterprise environments
Responsibilities
- Run structured intake sessions to define problems and assess project readiness
- Translate business requirements into precise scope and acceptance criteria
- Track and report execution progress including risks, dependencies, and ownership
- Maintain alignment among business stakeholders and AI engineering teams
- Identify delivery blockers early and drive resolution to maintain project momentum
