Job description
Enhance bistro operations as a hands-on Department Head. Oversee quality, team development, and customer service to deliver an outstanding dining experience. As a leader, you will ensure all aspects of daily operations are performed to high standards, particularly during busy service periods. Your responsibilities will include training staff in best practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and managing food inventory effectively. You will create an environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Actively manage food production and cash handling • Ensure high standards for cleanliness and customer interaction • Lead training initiatives for new associates • Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards • Drive profitability through inventory control and forecasting Requirements: • 3–5 years in front-of-house leadership roles • Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment • Must be 18+ to serve and sell alcohol • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills • Certification in Ontario Food Handlers & Smart Serve required Bring your passion for food and service excellence to lead a thriving bistro environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
