What You’ll Do :

• Lead the afternoon shift operation (4 : 30 PM - 2 : 00 AM) in our Brampton shop, ensuring quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Support, coach, and mentor a team of technicians, apprentices, and service staff.
• Dispatch repair work and monitor progress, ensuring uptime expectations are met.
• Assist in diagnostics and repairs when needed, especially on complex jobs or when mentoring junior team members.
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts personnel to drive effective communication and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment aligned with Vision’s high standards.

What You Bring :

Licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician (minimum 7–10 years of hands‑on experience).

Proven leadership or foreman experience in a heavy‑duty truck repair environment.

Strong diagnostic and mechanical expertise— Mack and / or Volvo experience preferred .

Ability to train, motivate, and manage technicians and apprentices with confidence and fairness.

A commitment to quality, safety, and delivering work on time.

Excellent communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
