Job description
Take charge as the General Manager at Legends Global, focusing on Stadium Operations in Ontario, CA. Drive exceptional service and high-performance standards in a dynamic environment.

In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for the operational success of the stadium, reporting to the on-site Vice President of Operations. Your expertise will guide the component management team in meeting client expectations and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities: • Support client satisfaction through exceptional service • Lead audits and improve operational processes • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards • Manage procurement and food preparation • Gather feedback to improve guest services

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Management • Minimum five years in a food service environment • Experience in budget management and operational programs • At least three years in leadership positions • Knowledge of labor relations and negotiations
