Production Associate

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join a busy industrial operation in Edmonton. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, assembly, hydraulics, quality control, or industrial manufacturing experience who thrive in a hands-on environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in product assembly, inspections, testing, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and maintaining warehouse operations while ensuring all quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
• Assemble and process product accurately and efficiently
• Ensure customer orders are processed, filled, and shipped on time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Perform workplace safety inspections and participate in safety meetings and improvement initiatives
• Conduct inspections, reclamation, testing, shipping, and assembly of products
• Issue non-conformance reports, hold/scrap tags, and corrective actions when required
• Monitor calibrated equipment and ensure maintenance and calibration schedules are followed
• Maintain warehouse equipment and document maintenance activities in logs
• Perform inventory control and assist with warehouse organization
• Receive and inspect incoming products and materials
• Coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and on-site testing as required
• Establish warehouse order priorities based on customer delivery commitments
• Work closely with branch personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with special projects and support various departments as needed
• Train and assist new employees when required

Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, assembly, industrial, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Hydraulic experience considered a strong asset
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Basic understanding of quality control processes and workplace safety procedures
• Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
• Comfortable using computer systems and user-friendly software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license required
