As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be part of the team responsible for the successful delivery of extraordinary client experiences and support to maximize on sales opportunities. Responsibilities

• As a Boutique Associate: Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
• As a Boutique Associate: Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
• As a Boutique Associate: Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment
• As a Style Advisor: Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise
• As a Style Advisor: Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments
• As a Style Advisor: Build deep and personalized connections with our clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia
• As a Service Advisor: Welcome clients
• As a Service Advisor: Match clients with their product and direct to the right Service Counter
• As a Service Advisor: Prepare the product to be processed
• As a Service Advisor: Efficiently and accurately process transactions
• As a Service Advisor: Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience
• As a Service Advisor: Support operations at the Service Counter
• As an Inventory Associate: Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients
• As an Inventory Associate: Strategically place product in the backroom
• As an Inventory Associate: Uphold the standards of product display
• As an Inventory Associate: Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences
• As an Inventory Associate: Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations
• As a Merchandiser: Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients
• As a Merchandiser: Strategically place product on the sales floor
• As a Merchandiser: Translate the product story in our boutiques
• As a Merchandiser: Validate the standards of product display
• As a Merchandiser: Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences
• As a Merchandiser: Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the boutique space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations

Compensation & Perks

The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $30 CAD per hour.
