Step into the vital role of National Marine Adjuster with Sedgwick, where you will analyze and negotiate intricate claims for recreational marine and personal watercraft on a global scale. Your expertise in maritime law will be indispensable. This position requires thorough investigation and evaluation of claims, utilizing complex analytical skills to ensure fair settlement outcomes. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders including claimants, maritime authorities, and legal counsel to ascertain coverage and liabilities on complex cases. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough investigations into marine and watercraft claims • Analyze claims against insurance policies for coverage • Negotiate settlements based on report findings • Coordinate with legal and maritime representatives • Manage catastrophic claims and update reserves accordingly Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant licenses required • Eight years of experience in marine claims • In-depth knowledge of maritime law and claims adjustment • Strong analytical and negotiation skills • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities Utilize your negotiation and analytical skills to advance the management of marine claims at Sedgwick, playing a crucial role in the field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
