Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Manager in the London ON area! Salary range: $120-150K/year What is in it for you? · Be a part of a great team · Dynamic global organization · Opportunities for advancement · Competitive compensation package including bonus This position will be responsible for overseeing the material flow management systems in each location to meet production requirements and establish on-going improvement plans for inventory control. Responsibilities · Ensure the effective implementation of the Supply Chain strategy, provide leadership to a diverse team including setting objectives, coaching, and managing performance, implementing and adherence of corporate policies and procedures. · Responsible for the collection, reporting, analyzing of Raw Material, Work in Process & Finished Goods data · Ensure consistent logic is applied for the production planning of all facilities. · Confirm monthly physical inventories performed at each location adhere to internal procedure, identify issues & reconciliation of variances. · Review the selection and competitiveness of carriers for transportation. · Co-ordination of monthly meetings with all Regional Supply Chain Managers including meeting minutes · Preparation of related monthly/quarterly/annual reports. · Monitor assigned operations and recommend improvements/and or modifications. · Support in the annual budget process · Ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company policies. · Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership group. Educational and Certification Background 1 Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain 2 A minimum of 10 years progressive experience in supply chain preferably within an automotive manufacturing environment 3 SCMP Designation or equivalent Desirable Company Overview: ACCU-STAFF, our mission is to help organizations find the top Industry talent and to help people achieve their personal and professional goals through the growth of their careers.
