You’ll specifically take care of leading sub-system activities from requirement capture and analysis to the successful delivery of contractual obligations, but also contribute to risk and opportunity management while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing cross-functional sub-system stakeholders, activities, and deliverables to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) objectives

  • Coordinating sub-system activities with other project stakeholders, including integration teams and other sub-systems

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, instructions, and standards, including EHS, Railway System Safety, and Project Management

  • Planning, monitoring, and controlling sub-system activities, including scope, schedule, resources, costs, risks, and opportunities

  • Leading teams to achieve project objectives and ensuring alignment among stakeholders

  • Synchronizing sub-system activities with other sub-systems and project teams to resolve overarching issues

  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management processes

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multi-site/multi-disciplinary teams
