The Replenishment Supervisor leads the team responsible for delivering consistent order fulfilment and a high-quality customer experience. This role works closely with Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics to align demand plans, inventory targets, and operational capabilities, ensuring service expectations, order requirements, and lead times are clearly defined and reliably met.

Key Responsibilities
– Lead inventory and customer service planning to ensure product availability aligns with demand and operational capacity.
– Analyze sales and demand patterns to establish reorder points, minimum order quantities, and stocking strategies.
– Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics to improve service levels and ensure achievable delivery commitments.
– Oversee inventory performance, identifying excess, slow-moving, or end-of-life items and recommending corrective actions.
– Manage and develop the Replenishment and Customer Operations team through coaching, performance monitoring, and skills building.
– Create operational reports and dashboards to share inventory and fulfilment insights with internal stakeholders.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
– Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or demand planning; manufacturing or CPG experience preferred.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
– Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach.
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting or visualization tools is an asset.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
