Job description
Shape the future of SOTI as a Country Sales Manager in the Philippines. This role is integral in driving sales strategy and managing relationships within enterprise and government sectors.

As the Country Sales Manager, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, focusing on acquiring new logos and scaling SOTI's presence. You will leverage your existing network while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. A strong sales background in the High-Tech industry is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive business development focusing on new enterprise accounts • Articulate SOTI’s value propositions to prospective partners • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from lead to closure • Collaborate with sales engineering and support teams for success • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports

Requirements: • 15+ years in Sales or Business Development, preferably in SaaS • Experience with direct selling to key accounts in various sectors • Proven experience in managing sales operations effectively • In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to meet sales quotas
