Job description
Join Rapid City Transportation as a full-time Customer Service Dispatcher in Pickering, Ontario. This role requires excellent phone skills and computer proficiency to provide essential support and communication. As a Dispatch/Customer Service Representative at RCT, you'll play a vital role in the Dispatching Department, focusing on providing high-quality service without sales pressure. We need empathetic, dependable individuals to assist clients requiring medical transportation. Your attention to detail and service-oriented mindset will make a significant impact on vulnerable individuals in need. Key Responsibilities: • Receive and dispatch orders promptly • Prioritize urgent messages and calls • Contact passengers about transportation issues • Maintain thorough communication records • Address problems and provide timely solutions Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) • 1-3 years dispatching experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent computer proficiency with multiple screens • Flexible to work 40 hours Monday-Friday Bring your service skills and attention to detail to support Rapid City Transportation in making a difference. #J-18808-Ljbffr
