Job description
Enhance employee management strategies as an Employee Relations Consultant at IESO in Toronto, ON, working in a hybrid capacity. You will focus on grievance management, compliance, and improving advisory relationships.

This regular position requires 4-6 years of strong expertise in labour relations, providing guidance on collective agreements and performance management. You will engage in proactive monitoring of labour trends while supporting dispute resolution processes like mediation. Your role is crucial for fostering a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities: • Navigate collective agreement administration and compliance • Coach HR leaders on workplace conflict and resolution • Prepare detailed reports and analyze workplace trends • Attend and coordinate stakeholder meetings for disputes • Develop training programs on legislative changes

Requirements: • Degree in Labour Relations, HR or related field • 4–6 years experience in public sector employee relations • Strong understanding of Ontario employment legislation • Highly capable of managing confidential information • Project management experience is beneficial
