Job description
Transform data into business insights as the Director of Ecommerce and Marketing Analytics at Sur La Table. Drive cross-functional analytics to improve decision-making across the entire organization.

As an analytical hub, your role encompasses eCommerce, finance, and operations. You will lead the charge in defining impactful questions, fostering collaboration, and establishing robust AI-enabled workflows. It’s essential to ensure data integrity and document key performance indicators that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: • Own analytics leadership across multiple departments • Move analysis from “what” to “why” and “how” • Mine data for risks and opportunities • Maintain core datasets’ integrity and usability • Promote responsible use of AI in analytics

Requirements: • 8+ years in relevant leadership roles • Strong background in retail, eCommerce, or CPG • Advanced capabilities in SQL and data modeling • Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms • Experience in defining and aligning KPI frameworks
