Job description
Join Henry Schein Canada, Inc. as a Total Rewards Manager, overseeing compensation and benefits in a hybrid work environment. Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and well-being.

This position, based in Niagara-on-the-Lake, requires 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on managing compensation cycles and vendor relationships in benefits programs. You will collaborate globally on compensation practices, ensuring compliance and reporting excellence to support the organization’s people strategy.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute full compensation cycle including salary planning and bonuses • Guide leadership on pay decisions and job evaluations • Manage benefits programs and vendor relationships • Oversee compliance with compensation regulations • Deliver key insights and analytics on rewards programs

Requirements: • 6-8 years of HR experience focused on Total Rewards • Strong compensation, benefits, and pension expertise • Effective leadership and stakeholder influence skills • High attention to detail and advanced Excel proficiency • Bilingual (English/French) preferred
