Manulife/John Hancock seeks a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to enhance our life insurance offerings through modern applications. This role involves translating complex actuarial models into user-friendly solutions, requiring strong skills in .NET, ReactJS, and cloud technologies. You will manage a team while collaborating across engineering and business units.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and implement actuarial models for software applications • Lead design and development of full-stack solutions using .NET • Mentor and guide a team of software engineers • Drive innovation using cutting-edge tools like GitHub Copilot • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to meet project goals

Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Software Engineering or related field • 7+ years of full-stack development experience • Proven team leadership abilities • Solid foundation in mathematics or actuarial science • Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
