Job description
House Manager & Family Assistant (Part-Time) — Kelowna, BCA Warm, down-to-earth family with two young children is seeking an experienced, proactive House Manager & Family Assistant to support the daily rhythm of their home. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining an organized, well-run household and enjoys creating calm, efficient systems that support a busy, family-focused lifestyle. PT: (20–23 hours/week) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 130-530pm with 1 weekday evening until 730-8pm, occasional weekends as needed. Compensation: $32–$38/hour DOE This position is primarily focused on household management, including organization, meal prep, laundry, errands, and vendor coordination, with light support for children during morning routines as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable maintaining established systems while identifying opportunities to improve flow and efficiency.You are professional, discreet, and communicative, with a positive, growth-minded approach and a desire to build a long-term partnership with a family. Experience in private homes, strong initiative, and comfort working independently are essential. Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to maintain a smoke-free environment.
