Job description
Elevate brand storytelling with your creativity as an Associate Creative Director in our Toronto office. Drive innovative ideas across national and international campaigns by collaborating with a dynamic team.

In this role, you'll partner with the Art Director and lead a talented creative team delivering high-quality work. As an Associate Creative Director, you’ll guide copywriters and art directors while maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. With your hands-on approach, you'll develop impactful integrated advertising campaigns and help craft compelling, award-worthy content.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop integrated advertising campaigns for diverse platforms • Direct and create award-winning copy for key brands • Lead and inspire the creative team for optimal solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment • Present ideas confidently to stakeholders and clients

Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in an advertising agency • Strong grasp of brand messaging and strategy • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to mentor and develop junior creatives • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations
